Home Business Tips - Where is Your Focus?
Where Is Your Focus? On the dream of building your business or on your past failures?
In order to succeed in your home business you must not waste time calculating your chances of success and failure. Just get started and focus on the success finish line.
People who talk a lot lack self belief, people who talk negative can take you out, have you abandon your home business dream. Just because they did not succeed does not mean the same thing will happen to you.
In order to make those changes happen you must get outside of your comfort zone. Originally when I first started building my home business one of my real comfort zones was in front of the television. Two years later I do not watch "helevision". We use the TV to watch motivational movies and DVD's that teach us something specific about our home business.
The time is NOW to make those changes in your life. Ask yourself the question "How much longer am I going to waste my time being broke?
What can you do to create to focus in your life in order to succeed at your home business? Here are 4 strategies to assist you;
1) Why
2) Mastermind
3) Scheduled
4) Consistent
1) Know your why, your dream, why are you building the business in the first place, this is your success finish line. Write it out, put it in front of you so that you are consistently being reminded of where you want to be.
2) Find, create or join a mastermind team. Surround yourself with positive people who will encourage and support you as you build your business. A great way to start is to check out the Meet-Up groups in your local area. Simply Google meet-up and you will be provided with many choices.
3) Be scheduled! As I have been building my home business I find the more scheduled I am the more successful I become. Remember if you had a store front you would be opening and closing the doors at a very specific time each day. The beauty of a home business is that you can plan the schedule yourself. If you are challenged with scheduling start with 15 minute increments and work up from there.
4) Consistency is key, just like having great teeth requires brushing your teeth every day; building a business requires you be consistent in the things you know you need to do.
On any given day any champion who has trained long enough will win.
