The Mechanics of a Successful Online Business
There has never been a more suitable time to look at this subject. With waves of choice coming at us each day, we need a navigational tool that will help us identify what is good and what is bad, which ones to throw to the wayside and which ones to further investigate. It is with great honour that I am in a position to carry out this task as I have a crystal clear understanding of what makes businesses successful online. Being online for many many years, I have seen thousands of businesses come and go like the wind, all of them promising longevity but few of them last the six month mark. So let's endeavor to examine what the influencing factors are that make businesses successful online. We can break down this simple task into three parts:
Products
Compensation Plan
Support
Products
Any business that doesn't have products, I would urge that you stay away from them entirely. In alot of cases these types of businesses are illegal and frowned upon in the online marketplace. Involving oneself in these types of opportunities become an uphill struggle to market because you are offering no value to any customers. Good companies will have good products and good products enhance the lives of their customers. Any product that will enlarge, develop and improve a customers life in any shape or form is always considered by the business community as a solid product. Products can be broken down into physical products, service products or digital products.
Compensation Plan
There are businesses out that offer opportunities alongside their product suites which are designed to enable customers to generate income aswell as use their products. All of them offer compensation plans and there are myriads of them in operation today. Certain compensation plans are realistic and certain ones are not. The realistic plans in my experience and in the experience of my other professional colleagues are ones that are not based on multiple levels of individuals who derive their profit from those that are selling under them. There was a time for that type of compensation plan but the marketplace is not correctly positioned anymore for this type of compensation plan. Companies that offer six, seven and unlimited tier residualResidual Income (also called Passive Income) is income earned on an ongoing basis for effort done once in the past. income plans are not being honest with their customers. Top Tier compensation plans that don't require large downlines are an excellent choice because they offer reality.
It is impossible in today's marketplace to achieve and sustain such a deck of cards business model. There are simply too many individuals, variables and multiple programmes offering better products and payment plans to sustain any decent longevity for these multi-levelMultilevel Marketing is selling products by using independent distributors and allowing these distributors to build and manage their own sales force by recruiting, motivating, supplying, and training others to sell products. The distributors' compensation includes their own sales and a percentage of the sales of their sales group (downline). Another description is any business where payouts occur at two or more levels; i.e., if you make a sale, both you and the person above you will get a portion of the proceeds.enjoy demonstrating your products to a group of people (if required). programmes. Companies that offer a more realistic single or double tier compensation plan are more reasonable and realistic in light of the current online marketplace. A final word on compensation plans is that with the rising rate of inflation and monetary value decline, people are not inclined to build a business plan around the 3-5 year plan. Money is worth more in the short term than in the long term so it is wise for individuals to partake in a business that offers a realistic highly profitable payout plan that isn't built on a deck of cards business model as mentioned above.
Support
Good companies will provide excellent support. Without support, customersA customer is someone who makes use of the paid products of an individual or organization. This is typically through purchasing or renting goods or services. or businessThe production/distribution of goods or services for profit. Such activity can be carried out by an individual, a family, a partnership, or an incorporated company. seekers will have zero product and service back up. Always pick a company that offers second to none training with a highly professional support ticket system in place. Live support is an excellent feature of a company and if this is void, live assistance from a trainer, mentor or even customerA customer is someone who makes use of the paid products of an individual or organization. This is typically through purchasing or renting goods or services. service via phone is sufficient. Companies that offer full product and marketingThe way a business organization or an individual identifies its customers, defines and develops the products or services that its customers want, and sells and distributes those products or services to customers. The process of researching, promoting, selling and distributing a product or service. Marketing includes advertising, publicity, promotion, pricing, sales and distribution of the goods or services. training via their website where it is easily accessible should always be high on a seekers list.
I have noticed a change in the online marketplace over the last year or so and have discovered that there are a lot of businesses online that don't make it pas the six month mark as previously mentioned. Only the strong survive in this marketplace and what is required are solid companies with excellent products and realistic compensation plans if present. This would attract serious onlineE.g online business, a home business (or "home-based business" or "HBB") that operates from the business owner's home office exclusively via internet network. marketersAn individual, who is performing marketing tasks. In popular usage, "marketing" is the promotion of products, especially advertising and branding. or individuals who genuinely want to make great money with a solid foundation based company. A company that comprises all of the above mentioned key elements are a great fit.
